The Project Risk Management course gives delegates a thorough overview of project risk management best practices and teaches hands-on project risk management techniques. This course is not industry specific and can be applied in any project environment.
Project managers and team members who use proven methods to address project risks, have a higher chance of achieving project success. Successful project managers know how to proactively identify, qualify, quantify and plan risk responses in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Delegates attend 3 classroom-based sessions over 3 days. Project Risk Management is a theory and practical based course. This course consists of 6 exercises after some theory has been presented.
Delegates will learn about the 6 Risk Management Processes as set out in the- A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide), Project Management Institute.
This course is 3 days (08:30 to 16:30).
